Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

If you wish your product to be shipped to any other country which is not listed above, please write an email to info@squizz-accessories.com and we will try our best to get your order shipped to you.

What is the shipping and processing time?

a) Shipping Time

Domestic and International Shipping could take between 5 to 20 days depending on the country of destination.

b) Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 days after placing the order online. Please note that we do not ship during weekends. 

*For non UAE Customers: please note that customs policies and import duties may vary widely for international orders outside the UAE. Your local custom office can assist with any customs duties which are out of our control.

c) Unexpected Delays

In some circumstances the delivery may take longer than expected. External factors that we cannot control might cause delays such as customs processing delays or holidays. If your package is taking too long to arrive please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

How can I return/exchange an item?

You can inform us about the item you wish to return/exchange by emailing us at info@squizz-accessories.com.

What is the return/exchange notice period?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@squizz-accessories.com . If your return/exchange is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customised items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns/exchange for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
